Who knew all Kyle needed was a little friendly competition to get Piper to flirt with him? It made the bet all that much more appealing. Of course, it also made winning all that more necessary, he needed to win.
"My arms are always open" Kyle added an emphasis to arms, just so she wouldn't get to offended. Really though, the leopard print was tempting him to name another set of limbs. "I'll let you have a free hug anytime." Kyle held his arms up to show her, although he didn't turn towards her, he was expecting some form of a denile from her.
All he ever got from her was denile, he needed one date with Piper to show how much she meant to him. He wouldn't call it love, but it was more than lust, which was much more than the majority of his relationships.
