I love the Santagotchi as well. I have the green one. I got really lucky at Goodwill one day. There in the display case at the front of the store was a Santagotchi, still in the box. And a green one(my favorite of the three). I asked to see it, and removed it from the box to give it a good look. It was brand new; still had the tab. The price was $25. How could I refuse such a great deal? I told the clerk to take it to the register, and I paid for it immediately. I couldn't believe my luck!! I start running it on my birthday(11 December) every year since I bought it.(I got it in 2004).It is still mint, and I kept the box and packaging. It lives the rest of the year in our safe.

Thanks for your comment. What an amazing find! Definitely a great deal. I once found two vintage mint Nano Puppies at the Swap Meet for $2 each.
