I just kept scouring eBay periodically until I found a used one. I guess because the chain on it was broken no one wanted to buy it. I'm sure you know how the chains on older japanese vintage tamagotchis are those little ball-link chains. Well I guess because the chain had broken it was listed as damaged or something. Once I got it in the mail I found that it was easily fixable and there was nothing actually wrong with the devilgotchi. i'm not entirely certain if its why the person listed for under $100, but that seems the most plausible explanation.
