As Dhamir Ndroso begins a spiel about how humanity cannot simply allow humans to remain unmonitored, a beam of light flashes in the distance. It picks up speed and it becomes obvious it is an energy beam of some sort that tears through everything in it's path, incinerating several of the anti-mutant politicians present. Ndroso himself is thrown back from the backlash. A large golden figure walks through the smoke, pointing at the cameraman.
"If you value your life, flatscan, keep that camera on." The figure stands at the destroyed platform, looking straight at the camera. "Her me my fellow mutants! I am Holocaust! I have come to wipe away the lies that the flatscans and false saviors have thrown at you! The truth behind the Decimation as well as the false promises of those that would claim to help you! I intend to tell you everything!"
