Walden laughed softly, then picked Rabastan's cage up, not caring if he tossed the boy around when he did so. "You're learning your place already," he said, approvingly. "Good boy."
Walden carried Rabastan up, to the dirty kitchen, and then dropped the cage in the corner of the room, undoing the magical lock on the front of it and pulling the boy out by his hair. "If the meat is undercooked or overcooked, if I don't like what you bring me, then you're dinner instead."
