"I'm afraid not," Amelia said, smiling wryly. "Magic accomplishes a whole lot of things, but there are limits. I still think there's a lot we can learn from muggles. It's ingenious, the things they can do without magic. Sometimes I feel witches and wizards are just taking the easy way out." She quirked a smile at Daisy.
Walking towards the front desk, she pondered Daisy's question. "I'm sure it wouldn't be absolutely necessary for me to buy these," she answered, "But it's the decent thing to do, and it's not like I can't afford to pay for the damage I did." Taking a few coins from her pocket, she quickly paid for the lip gloss, making sure to apologise for the disturbance. It never hurt to be polite, and her parents had made sure she realised the wizarding world wasn't that big, so any foot she set wrong could come back to haunt her someday.
"Fortescue it is!" she said, turning back to Daisy and linking her arm through hers. "Let's get out of here!"
