Holden tried his best to keep a hold of Jeremiah, but the little pup managed to squirm free so that he could go an greet Wendell. Luckily the little guy hadn't gotten hurt, which had been what Holden had worried about.
When Julie saw Wendell his tail started to wag so hard that his entire body shook so hard. He rose up onto his hind legs and lifted one of his front paws up. It looked like an awkward wave before he fell over on Hunter's lap and rolled over onto his back with his little pink tongue lulling out of his mouth. Jeremiah was black with a diamond on his nose, like their father, and Julie was all white like Joshua.
