That was a sweet sentiment and it relieved him to some extent. If Casey's acceptance of his nature extended toward a child they might someday raise together, then Casey was profoundly okay with it. "You wouldn't feel left out?" Runs together, the knowledge that Casey was different from the other two members of the family. He never wanted Casey to feel left out, especially because he never wanted to run the risk of turning the man into one of them.
