Darby was just gullible enough to believe that for a second. His expression flickered as he went from shocked to knowing and he scrunched up his face. "I am not." Then he tilted his head. "If I dyed my hair, would some of my fur be the same color?" He tugged at his hair, bringing a chunk of it down over his eyes as if to examine it. He wanted to know the mechanics of shifting.
Slipping his arm around Casey's waist, Sigmund liked hearing that this claim had been well heard and well staked on the boy. He hadn't done it to make Graham jealous, though it could have been mistaken for that. "Graham, you've talked to Hunter about the situation, I assume. How long will it take to get it straightened out?"
