Honestly, Graham liked hearing that Darby would be miserable without him. He wanted someone who needed him. Maybe that was selfish, but that was just how Graham was. Sigmund could survive on his own just fine, without Graham. That had obviously been proven. But Darby? Graham really felt that he was needed by the other wolf.
"Sullivan is not a meat head," Graham said, "If he's a meat head, so am I. I was a lot like him when I was younger."
