The play begins, a story of two people who, on the surface, could not be more different. She was a princess and he was a lowly shoemaker, but she saw something in him that was worthwhile.
He saw that she was not the cold woman that she pretended to be.
Eventually, the pair agree to stay together as they bring out the best in each other. When the play has ended, and the people have filed out, Adam turns to Helena.
"Would you like to meet the cast?" he asks.
