Arthur was returning home from his lunch with Diana and he was in a good mood. Yes, the world wasn't ending, but with one look at the monster heading toward Sub Diego maybe it really was.
This was bad. Very bad.
Arthur moved as fast as he could to try to help the citizens get to safety.
