Arthur nodded. "That's along the lines of what I was thinking. I don't want the people of Sub Diego to be miserable because they now have to live underwater."
Arthur nodded again. "Yes. Sub Diego needs to be a part of the surface world as much as possible. They haven't had to spent millennia in seclusion like Atlantis has and is used to. I do realize what it could mean for Atlantis and it's not a bad thing. We separated from the world a long time ago and it's time we rejoin it and our human brothers."
"I am willing to give WayneTech the rights and access to Atlantean tech. In return I ask that the profits be split, with my half going to Sub Diego for infrastructure and the founding and building of schools and places of education."
