Charlie knew that Draco wasn't very happy with Cepheus's decision. Personally, he wasn't either. He'd liked Oliver and they'd had some stuff in common, but Cepheus probably didn't want to date his Dad. He understood the other boy's decision.
But, Draco wasn't being as understanding. He watched as he intimidated his nephew and stepped in. "Hello, James. It's nice to see you again. Where are the two of you going tonight?"
