James waited for the door to close behind them, smiling at Cepheus as he raised his umbrella. "Better hurry before you turn into a pumpkin," he said. "I know how these things go."
He kissed Cepheus for a long moment, humming against his lips. "Just so you know, I plan on winning your father over."
