"I don't know how good I need to be at it," Rider said, reaching out to pet Romy's hair. That seemed like the kind of thing a boyfriend did to his girlfriend, right? Petting them? Holding her hand was working out well for him. Touching her head seemed like the next step.
"Girls don't usually want to go on dates with me." Pyxis had never asked for a date. They just hung out. "How many dates have you been on?"
