"Yeah, of course," Rider said, giving Pyxis a confused look. "You're sexy and smart and cool. I love hanging out with you. I don't know why we didn't work, but we should have. We're both fucking amazing, you know?"
He sat and pulled Pyxis into his lap, cuddling her up against his chest. "I don't want to breakup and then not hang out with you anymore."
