"You still want to go?" Rider asked, looking down at Pyxis. He hesitated for a moment, then held his hand out to her. "I still want to take you. I didn't think you'd want to. You didn't say anything when I offered."
He reached around Pyxis's crossed arms, taking her hand in his. "Come on. We're going to dinner and then to a movie. This is my first date-date so don't snap at me if I'm bad at it."
