"A girl?" Christina repeated, scandalized. "That is nonsense. If you're going to do it with a girl, you should do it with Narcissa. Then you can both get it out of the way with someone you care about." She paused. "That wouldn't be such a bad idea at all, actually."
"I'm engaged," Narcissa said, laughing a little. "You can't just offer Evan my virginity, Christina. Even if he is my best friend I'm not sure I want to lose it to a gay man."
