Draco smiled at that. "All right, you're not an old man," he agreed. "People are definitely going to be upset with me if I break up with Merlin. His uncle is my father's boyfriend. His mother and my mother are best friends. I think as far as they're concerned, I'll be breaking up an engagement."
He ran his hands over his face. But if he wasn't with Merlin, maybe he wouldn't be so miserable. Pansy might talk to him again. Maybe Merlin would try and be better. Try and do something besides tell him how useless he was. "Okay," Draco said. He took his phone out again, unlocking it and offering it to Charlie. "Give me your number and maybe, if I do break up with him, I'll call you for help."
