Rider frowned a bit. He didn't want Rex to think he needed Pyxis around to get off or something. And he was a bit worried about what Pyxis would say if she knew he was trying butt stuff. "We don't need her," he said.
He wrapped an arm around Rex, holding him close. "I don't know what I want," he said. "I guess I should try it, if they're into it."
