Teddy looked up at the woman and then at Cepheus in his duck costume and nodded a bit. "I met him before," he told her. "At the moo'sum." Which was a word he still had a bit of trouble pronouncing.
He reached out to shake Cepheus's baby hand. "Happy birthday, Cep'us."
