Cepheus looked at his father, then at the cake, and held out a chubby baby fist. He wanted the cake and his father was holding him, which was an obstacle. He pouted.

Merlin took Scorpius away from Charlie, because why was he holding his son anyway, then held Scorpius up to the cake after he'd lit the candles. "You boys ready?"
