"I should have been more careful. It's just... very difficult to be careful with a beautiful, tempting girl like you." Tom told her, kissing her forehead. He sat down beside her on the floor, resting back against his table.
"You could carry the child for the rest of your school year. You won't be kicked. It would be too much of a scandal for them to kick you out of school for being pregnant." He reached up and touched her hand. "And when you've delivered, it'll be around the fall, depending how far in you are. You could start classes in January for University. Move in with me. Agree to be my wife."
He touched her hand. "Or you could have an abortion and we could go on living normally."
