Merlin was examining the new baby. They shared a birthday. He frowned at his mother as she held the baby and he sat in one of the chairs in the hospital room, wearing his party hat.
Tom smiled at her and pet at her hair. "You did good. She's gorgeous." He told her. "I know you tried to hold her in for Merlin, but he'll be fine. He won't even realise it sucks until he's older."
