Rider grumbled when Romy crawled into bed with him, then rolled her onto her side facing away from their dad's room. "Just stop listening to them. They'll be quiet soon. It's been going for a while."
He put his hands around her ears and then closed his eyes, hoping that would make things quiet enough for her. He didn't want to have to go yell at them about making too much noise. Walden always got really weird.
