Draco hummed, giving Romy a dubious look and snuggling a bit closer to Merlin. "As long as you agree that we're best friends," he said firmly, giving him a kiss. He looked at Romy's supposed best friend leaving the room with Pyxis. "Merlin reads to be and Lavinia."
"I don't really like dresses," Thoreau said, making a face at the idea. "I don't mind if you want to wear them, but I don't want to. I'd rather cook for our baby." He pretended to pour batter into his pans, then found his plastic cake and put it on a plate, sticking it in the toy oven before he put some pots on the stove to make spaghetti for them. "What did you do today, honey?"
Rider laughed as he sat beside Pyxis on the couch, watching her playing the game, even if she wasn't staying on the roads or anything. "Romy plays this game all the time," he told her. "She's good at it."
