Thoreau smiled at Pansy when she ran over to him, squeezing her hand in his. "Yeah, he baked it," he said. "It's going to be really good. You're going to come to my birthday party next weekend, right?" He and Romy may have been twins, but that didn't mean he had to have a princess and prince themed party. "We're going to decorate cupcakes. You can meet my brother and sister today."
Walden sighed, looking down at Romy. He didn't see why he had to dress up. "I don't have a suit or a crown," he said, crouching down to look at her. "You look very pretty today though, Princess. Don't you want to say hello to all your guests?"
Draco rolled his eyes at Rowan. "They don't," he said. "Why don't you ask Merlin or Pansy who they like best? They like me better. And Romy is my friend."
Lavinia wasn't a huge fan of parties, but they weren't so bad. She shrugged, tugging at the dress her mother had put her in. "At least we get to eat lots of food," she pointed out. "Do you want to go find Rider? I don't mind hanging out with him too today. They'll cheer you up."
