Abilities: Terrakinesis. Corey can levitate earth, stone, and sand, create localized earthquakes or fissures, sink people to the dirt, and generally sculpt the ground around him into various shields, strategic terrain, and -- in his opinion -- fantastic works of art (they're not bad).
Amara has taught her son how to use swords properly. He is also a more than fair hand in the kitchen.
Weaknesses and flaws: Needs some form of direct connection/ access to the ground. He's only really at his best when barefoot in the dirt, rocks, or sand, can easily overstrain himself, and loses concentration easily if he has too many balance issues.
In swordplay, Corey is somewhat more concerned with looking awesome than in the defense/sport itself. This is part of a broader fixation of Aesthetics.
Corey also has numerous blindspots when it comes to anything about which he feels passionately.

Backstory:
It's been clear enough to the Xavier's-centric community he grew up in that Cornelius Drake takes a little after his father, but there are times when he isn't flippant at all. Talk to Corey about art or his favorite charities and you will get serious, impassioned answers. He's been an actual student at Xavier's for two years now.
