Just because he'd said that word to Charlie didn't mean Draco had to tell his boyfriend everything that went on in his life. Even if the big news of the weekend was Blaise getting punched in face by Charlie Weasley defending Draco's honour which was very satisfying. He met Pansy outside a coffee shop, putting a box of macarons down in front of her as he took a seat.

"Thank you for arranging this," he said. "Even if you felt the need to supervise me. I don't know what mistake you think I'm going to make meeting my estranged half-brother. It's not like I'd fuck him."

Pansy liked that her payment was a box of macarons. They were her favourite and Draco was very smart for bringing them to her. She smiled at him for a moment, opening the box to take a bite of one.

"I'm here because he's a complete twat." Pansy told him, shrugging. "And I didn't want you to have to deal with that on your own."

Draco raised an eyebrow at that. "I think I could handle it," he said. "The only person I need help with is Blaise and Charlie took care of that for me the other night."

He looked around the street for his near-doppleganger. "How many conversations have you had with him? I understand Charlie hating him, but you never dated him."

"A few." Pansy told him with a shrug. "A couple before now and then one when I called him for this meeting. There he is." She motioned towards Draven walking down the street.

Draven looked almost exactly like Draco, except he liked to think he was more fashionable. He was wearing a fitted flannel with a beanie and skinny jeans, coffee and cigarette in his hand. He approached the table and looked down at Draco. "Hello."

Draco raised an eyebrow at Draven. He'd seen the one film his brother had made with Charlie, but even with that he hadn't expected Draven to look so much like him. A little bit older and a little bit shabbier, but undeniably similar. No wonder it had been so easy to seduce Charlie.

"Hello," he said, and glanced briefly at Pansy, feeling a bit at a loss for words. "The first time you met him did you just think I'd had a really bad day or something?"

"No. I knew who he was from watching his films with Thoreau." Pansy told him with a shrug, then looked up at Draven. "Sit. I got you the frapp you wanted." She slid it across the table.

Draven rolled his eyes at Draco. "So you're the boy my Charlie is shagging? He's kind of pathetic. He's so not over me like he said he was."

Draco sat up straighter at that. His Charlie? "Charlie's not yours anymore. He's mine," Draco said, pulling his coffee closer to himself. At least he'd ordered a real drink and not a frapp.

"Believe me, the way Charlie and his brother talk about you, he's definitely over you." Draco looked Draven over. "I didn't want to meet you to talk about my boyfriend. I thought we could talk about our father."

Draven rolled his eyes and took a seat at the table. He ran his fingers through his hair as he took a sip of the frapp, wrinkling his nose. "The coffee shop down the street is much better. Their coffee isn't as stale."

He looked Draco over. "What do you want to talk about?" He asked. "About Dad. What did he do this time besides fuck Pansy?"

"Isn't him fucking Pansy enough?" Draco asked, trying not to be too annoyed with Draven complaining about the coffee. He was a porn star. What did he know about coffee? "You can't be a big fan of him either."

He felt like maybe they should have met at a bar so he could drink something stronger than his americano. "Even if he does pay you to keep you away from him."

"Pay me to stay away from him?" Draven asked with a snort and shook his head. "You're an idiot. I don't get paid to stay away from him. I'm around him a lot more than you are. You obviously don't realise that I'm Christina Rosier's son."

He rolled his eyes. "You know? Your father had a gay lover when he was a teen. I'm his twin sister's kid. He fucking loves me."

Draco opened his mouth to protest that, then closed it. If his father had another son who he preferred to Draco, it explained... a lot, actually. And he might as well throw in the towel now and give up on all the things he'd thought he was fighting for because his father was never going to let him have them.

"We're done, Pansy," Draco said, getting to his feet. "Draven doesn't have anything else to say that's of interest to us."
