Luka blinked at his father for a moment, then laughed. "Yes," he said. "I know how to please Pyxis, don't worry. There's more to it than just sex. I told you. She and her boyfriend just broke up. I can please her as much as she wants, but happiness is separate from that right now."
Lena looked at her son talking with his father and frowned. "Stupid of him," she said, getting out a pot to put the meat in. "Luka's father was much more straight-forward. He decided he wanted me and he took me. Get the cabbage out of the fridge for me? I'll talk to Luka. He gets this from my side of the family."
