Walden made a frustrated sound when Pyxis walked away from him, chasing after her. "Pyxis, wait," he said, reaching out and grabbing her hand. "I do trust you, but I can trust you and not want you to share a bed with a psychopath."
He turned her to face him as gently as he could. "Besides, if he's in your bed then where am I going to sleep when I come over?"
