"She doesn't want to eat because she's backsliding." Radley told her with a shrug and sighed. "She's put on weight because of the baby. You're going to need to force you way out every time she needs to eat or she's not going to do it. And we have to keep the baby healthy."
He smiled at Lucy and leaned in, kissing her softly. "Do you love me yet?" He asked, holding open the box with the ring he'd bought for this Lucy. A tiny skull with a pink bow that she could wear on her middle finger.
