Charlotte looked up from the book she'd been reading and smiled at Bruno, even if her eyes lingered on his chest for a moment. "You said tonight," she said. "I didn't want to wait. Your dad said it was okay."
She put the book down and fell back against Bruno's pillow. "Are you too old to watch Cinderella and cuddle with me now?"
