"Not... really," Xavier admitted, after a moment. He shook his head. "But that's fine, Elodie. Just because I don't know everything about him doesn't mean I don't still love him. We'll work things out. Don't worry about it."
He shook his head, moving to get his tools ready to colour her hair. "Look, I'm not your mother and Charlie would probably tell you to go for it anyway, so I'm not going to stand in the way if he's what you want. If you don't try, you'll never get him. So try."
