James laughed, wrapping an arm around Cepheus's shoulders. "I like riding in cars with you. Good things happen to me when I do." He kissed Cepheus's neck, reaching up to straighten out his hair. "You look good too, but you always do."
"He's in business," Jude said, shrugging. "He went to law school with Merlin, but he's not a practicing lawyer. He focuses on investments, mostly. We own a few hotels and clubs. That sort of thing."
Scorpius had to admit, this was maybe not a great idea, but he really didn't think that Rex had any ulterior motives. He probably didn't even want to shag Lavinia. "Hello," he said, smiling at Rex. "Lala, was driving dads crazy your intention?"
"Nope," Lavinia said. "Don't call me Lala. I'm not five anymore. Rex and I are friends. We work out together. Rex, you know Scorpius. This is Albus, his boyfriend."
