"It's not something that just goes away, Char. He'll struggle with it for the rest of his life." Jaden shook his head and sighed. "Just like his Mum does. That's why she's always sleeping with Rider. Because she can't control it."
His eyes moved to the puppy in her arms and he shrugged. "He's cute. His eyes are huge, though."
