Cepheus was having a lot of fun in Amsterdam. And not just because he'd been stoned most of the trip. He smiled up at James when he suggested renting bikes so they could ride them together.
"I'm still baked." Cepheus told him, leaning against James. He leaned in and kissed him deeply. "I don't know how to ride a bike."
