In her own relationship with Theodore, Pansy had never snogged him. She'd given him chaste kisses to the lips and hugs, but nothing more than that. And yet, here she stood, feeling extremely jealous that Luka had snogged someone else. Had been with someone else.
Which she knew was being a bit dramatic. Luka was an attractive boy who had probably been with lots of girls. But, there was something triggering about him having been with Pyxis. Something that ate away at her inside. Perhaps because she knew that Pyxis was allowed to be fat. Allowed to be fat and still have men desire her. And she couldn't do that. Because if she got fat, no one would want her.
Her heart was aching slightly, even if Luka was being sweet. She looked up at him with tears stinging at her eyes. "You-" She chewed at her bottom lip and looked at the candy bowl, wanting to dive into it and puke it all back up later to make herself feel better. Maybe Lucy would have a secret stash somewhere.
"You've never tried to snog me before." Pansy told him quietly. "Every time I've tried, you've told me that we need to calm down. Or that you can't." Her voice was strained from obvious emotional struggling. "Why won't you snog me? Or touch me? Why... Why?"
