Rolling her eyes dismissively, Augusta couldn't help but feel the blush on her skin. She looked at him squarely, with an expectant look in her eyes that said something like You are being ridiculous again, kindly stop before you embarrass yourself into silence. "Geoffy," she said kindly, shaking her head. "That's not the point. You're wonderful with charms."
Once they reached the door, Augusta took the opportunity upon herself to be playful around Geoffrey. Up on her tip-toes she stood, clamping her hands about both of his ears, just before twisting her head around and behind her so she could see the Fat Lady, so she could smile at her encouragingly, and so she could whisper the password, all while being almost pressed against him in a suggestive way.
This was so bad. It was so bad, taking advantage of him but he was much taller and, merlin forbid, she'd thought about this before.
The portrait swung open, and Augusta stepped back, blushing incredible, obscene amounts, before turning about and stepping through the portrait hole with her hands on either side of the wall for balance.
"Come on, then!" she said with a bit more bounce in her voice, hoping that Geoffrey had not, as she slightly suspected, run away.
