well ~bia is her bestie since birth so these two will for sure know each other. if anything, she wouldve been super nice to her when she first got her because thats just how halsey is until she gets to know you and sees if youre a bitch or not. big problems when it comes to trust thanks to her lovely parents and an ex. but she probably wouldve said hi and seen her around at parties and that probably wouldve been it cause she was trying to feel her out or something and then when her and b got close wouldve been like 'shes not so bad after all' and then they became close as well. she is def. a beer pong champ and flip cup champ. and is just starting to get pretty good at quarters. lmao, that was way longer than i intended but tbh the more details the better.
