hey babes! okay so this is nina jacobson your resident jap! her dads the senator and pretty much all the jacobson men are involved in politics. her grandpa was senator until he retired and gave it to her dad and one of her uncles is govonor of utah while the other one is the mayor of salt lake so pretty much her family runs utah. they are kinda like the kennedy's of utah. she has three older brothers and she is the only girl, leaving her to be her daddy's little princess. she's extremely spoiled and has her daddy wrapped around her size six finger. she honestly doesn't even realized how spoiled she is. she just thinks it was made to be that way. her best friend in the world is

kaela and the two pretty much run the school in their eyes. as for nina's personality, she's a little icy towards some and she values herself highly. plain and simple, she's kind of a snob. she comes from a traditional old money jewish family and she can also be a little up tight about certain things. she's been dating

brenton since the 8th grade and over the summer they got engaged but their parents said they can't get married until after college. umm she's involved in a little of school activites. she's captain of girls field hockey, president of student council and a member of nhs and fashionistas. under her ice princess exterior, there is a nice girl though. she only acts cold towards people because she was taught at an early age not to trust many due to her family's "status". but otherwise, she's a pretty social girl and pretty fun to be around. she parties just as much as any other kid her age and she's all for having a good time. she'll be the first one dancing on the table tops with designer shoes in one hand, drink in the other.

so with that! i want something with all of you. i'm sure she's not going to have like a lot of best friends but maybe two more girls to be really close with? friends in general, classmates, some enemies since i'm sure people aren't going to love her, people who she's in clubs with and girls who are on the field hockey team, people who she parties with, etc etc etc. even if you can't think of anything comment and we'll think of something together :-(

personality wise, she's up and down. she can be a spoiled bitch and voice what she wants or she can just smile a certain smile to say she wants a certain thing, and people'll understand. she's known for making people wait for her, but when there's something important she'll be there twenty minutes early. uhh, she went to private schooling up until high school. in the summer she used to party and drink 24/7 but now she's trying to calm it down even though it's diffuclt. idk, this is all over the place but there's more facts that probably make sense in her journal. :{

oh man i love her so much. um i'm thinking they'd probably be like best friends. maybe her parents know nina's parents and the girls grew up together? and alyx was all I WANNA GO TO SCHOOL WITH NIN summer before freshman year so she enrolled at the school and basically the girls are pretty inseperable and have been since like the sandbox? ugh i wish i could be more creative rn :-[ just lemme know if you like that and if we do then we can work it out and tweak it a lil bit :-)

	rhett's annoying in class and he hates snobby girls, so i'm sure the two of them would butt heads or just really wouldn't like each other too much. he's basically your average never serious, sarcastic asshole... so, maybe he picks at her in class or has picked on her in class and it pisses her off. 	I'm thinking I need to find a family who would be Reid's "host" family or where he'd be living while he's going to school here, so if that's something you're interested in, could that be worked out? If not, it's cool, I understand that could be a lot to take on anyway. (Reply to this)(Thread)

i have nothing right now but he sounds pretty cool. i'm sure she won't be too fond of the people he hangs around just because i think their personalities will clash but i think that they will be pretty close! sure they'll have their brotherly/sisterly fights but i think he'd be pretty protective of her and she would do the same for him even though she'd swear up and down that he was weird and that she didn't like him. as for how her family became his host family, i'm thinking maybe there was like a contest or something since her dads the senator or maybe somehow their families knew each other way back when and when he came to the states, his family asked hers to like take him in and the jacobson's were like of course. and we can go from there :)

Yeah I don't know everything about the inner workings of how host families are chosen but I do know they put in applications, go through an interview process, etc. but it's possible that we might be able to come up with those details a little later on or something. And as for the friends thing I definitely thought about that and that's why I thought it'd be a fun twist on things... it'll be interesting to see how it goes!

	yes we do shug! they are on student council together so i'd imagine they'd work pretty closely together. i could see them being pretty good friends just because i think gwen is so cute :( she could see nina's better side (Reply to this)(Parent)
