Elijah had no idea that the girl was even looking at him. He use to be good at sensing that sort of thing but since Adam had taken him, he'd lost a bit of his extra senses. As Shay looped his arm through Lijah's, he smiled and followed him outside.
"Okay," he agreed. Now that Adam was in custody, Elijah felt ready to be on his own with Shay. "I still need to get a job, though."
