Elijah was more than comfortable with Shay, and it showed by how relaxed his body language was. He turned his head and pressed a kiss to the corner of the other boy's mouth and settled in the booth with his boyfriend. He enjoyed the simple things with Shay too, appreciated them more than he ever would have before.
"I'll be sad to move away from your Mom," he said after a moment. "But I like the idea of us having our own place. I lived on my own once before, it was lonely. But with you I won't be lonely."
