The amount of relief that washed over Liam was overwhelming. Even though he'd been positive that the tests would come back normal, there was always the chance that Adam could have continued to harm Reagan long after he'd gone to prison. If that had ended up being the case, Liam probably would have gone in for 'extra questioning' and come out a murderer.
He didn't want to seem too happy because that would have revealed the fact that he'd been worried at all. Still, he smiled and gathered Reagan back up so that he could kiss him again. "I will miss watching you put a condom on me with your mouth--but I'm going to like feeling all of you again." He was all for safe sex, but it felt more intimate without it.
