"Mm-hm," Liam mumbled. But really, the water couldn't do all the work and Liam reached down to scoop Reagan up. He was buoyant and easy to lift and his hands guided Reagan's legs to wrap around his waist. He walked just a bit farther into the water so that it would hold Reagan's weight up and Liam barely had to do anything.

"Like this," he sighed against Reagan's neck.
