Elijah's breath caught in his throat and he felt his cheeks flush. He went quiet and did his best to focus on something - anything - else but Shay right then because he didn't want to get turned on. He knew that Adam was watching them, and it made him nervous not being able to see the man's expression. He was afraid that Adam might be angry with them, and he didn't want Shay to be hurt.
