"Well, that's just a delight," Laura said, pouring the girl a shot, and raising her glass.
"To InterHouse Cooperation," she toasted, draining her shot.
Finally she gave Ruby a real, appraising look. Seeing as Amy was never around anymore, she hadn't had any in a long, long time, and Ruby was... enticing. She was well proportioned, and lovely of face, and just... nice.
"You're very pretty, for a Slytherin," Laura remarked, refilling her glass and smiling to show that the "for a Slytherin" part was a joke, and she meant no offense by it.
