Against my better judgement, I'm going to say yes. Only on the condition that we do so during study hall, it'd work out better since there's more people around anyway, and the professors can't say anything about you wandering around the halls for no reason. Just make sure you're sitting around someone who won't care and then I'll cast some spells to prevent eaves droppers. And if this is some sort of moronic trick then I'll be disappointed that you went so low as to mention Dean.
