Stephen nodded with a smile. "Alright." He kept walking by her side , stealing glanced at her until she spoke again. "That's the plan, yes. Quidditch is something that I love, but it's more of a threapy or something that I do when I feel down most of the time, actually. Whenever I need to escape from life or I need to think or I have a problem, I play Quidditch or jog -- I jog a lot, you know." He said with a chuckle. "Any sport is a way for me to leave my problems behind and just be me." This was the first time he ever told someone about that, and he felt good for telling Hannah. It felt right.
Stephen blused a little at her next question. He rubbed the back of his head nervously and shook his head. "I knew it was you all the time. I didn't mistake you. How could I mistake the girl I had -- and still have -- a crush on? I wish I could've gone up to you, look you in the eye and tell you how much I liked you that moment before kissing you. But I was afraid you would reject me for being the Stephen people thought I was, Stephen Cornfoot, Quidditch player and ladies' man. I didn't want you to think you were another girl because you weren't -- you aren't. You're the most special girl I've ever met Hannah. You're so different from the others, so unique... So beautiful." Stephen spoke with honesty. He meant every single word that left his lips, and he hoped Hannah saw that.
